This place suits me perfectly! Great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor pool make my stays enjoyable. On my first visit, the staff helped print tickets, which was nice. I’m excited to return next year!

The breakfast buffet was a delicious start to each day, and I loved lounging by the beautiful pool in the afternoon. The garden area provided a peaceful escape, making it easy to relax after exploring the city. Staying here was a real joy, especially with the kids enjoying the lovely outdoor pool area! We had a great time exploring the downtown area, which was so close and vibrant, making family outings easy and fun.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options for our family. The limited variety didn’t feel very kid-friendly.

The suite was pretty spacious, which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt clean and kept up. the suite was spacious with a nice seating area and a private bathroom. water pressure in the shower was really good. the outdoor swimming pool area was lovely, and the security made it feel safe. the staff were courteous and the location was super convenient, close to parks and restaurants.

Had a great time with friends exploring the local markets and visiting the stunning cenotes nearby. The location is perfect for access to restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet. it's worth it! Just keep an eye on parking, as it can fill up quickly if you're arriving later.

The elevator was out a couple of times during our stay, which made getting to our room a bit frustrating, especially when carrying luggage.
